Reman Omega uniform options missing

Hello all,
Just wanted some feedback and to try and bring some awareness to a problem i have encountered
My Federation aligned Reman main has T5 Omega reputation as well as all 3 Omega Force ground sets Mk X/XI and XII. I have also completed all relevant costume projects associated with each set of armour.
Yet, i can still not find any options in the tailor to create any kind of Omega force costume for my Reman. I have the full costume unlock for my Federation captain, including the final one from completing all ground STF elite optional objectives, so i know what it all consists of.
I am just wondering if any other players with Reman characters have encountered similar problems, or if you have and yet found a way round it, please share!

all parts of set acquired, completed costume project, no costume option to change.
I have other toons with KHG and Omega MkXII sets and have done them, I do know where to change the option from Uniform or Off Duty costume to Omega, this character just has no option to do that.
Also, this same Romulan KDF character has an "extra" costume slot (4 total instead of 3) and can not change, alter, rename it.
Does your Reman Fed also have an extra costume slot that magically appeared?
