Refine DIlithium Button improvement Sugestion

Well its not an issue, but a sugestion, The Refine DIlithium button when you reach your max, I was wondering if theres a way to put a countdown timer that will let you know when your able to refine more dilithium, I think it would be a small but great improvment.

    Refinement resets at 8:00 PM Eastern US time. Convert that to your time zone, memorize that time, and you'll always know.

    Really, I had nho idea, I thought it was just 24 hours after u did youyr max, well that makes things much easier for me :-)
