OK My Question...
Am I the only one who feels that we are getting somewhat screwed by the award issuing from the CEE?
Specific.
I missed the previous CEE due to not having time enough online to complete the necessary # of runs in the allocated time. (My own fault
)
So Am excited by this return due to the fact that A: I can finish what I started previously and B: Have enough time left to complete the current system.
This morning, I complete the first CCE event and claim my award (much needed for T5 Omega Purchases) and start the new CEE event.
Going in discover that my primary award (50k DIL) is in the RAW form and needs to be refined. SERIOUSLY.... that means 7 DAYS waiting before I can get the benefit of repeated grinding religiously to obtain and be able to utilise my reward.
-- When you complete T5 and gain your rewards there they come ready to use once you claim them. Not with ridiculous expectations of waiting additional days.
When stacked with the rest of the DIL I usually earn in a day through general play (not inc when I am grinding for STF gear), I easily accumulate 4-5k. So this will now stack onto the 50k reward which equates simply too... Hmm.... Play the game, stack worthless DIL that I will never be able to access (or at least wont for MONTHS if not YEARS) or don't bother playing at all for a week and slowly claim a portion of my award each day for the next week.
-- So my views. My complaint (so to speak)... Is this a deliberate act from Cryptic and the Dev's to leave players feeling screwed over and less inclined to continue playing, A mere oversight or am I simply over reacting and no one cares?

The latter, sorry.
They were quite upfront about the dilithium being unrefined.
And patience is a virtue, no?
The vast majority of player never reach the 5K+dil/day, BTW.
Seriously, stop ranting about that, it's ridiculous.
You forgot the additional 250 marks of your choice.
How anyone can feel like this whole thing is anything except generous is beyond me.
ETA and also the 40/50 marks per run. So times 14 thats anything between 560 and 700 extra makrs of your choice....plus the 480 dil at normal, times 14 thats another 6720 dilithium per toon.
Plus the extras you can get after running it 14 times.
I'm really sorry, but some people really do try to look a gift horse in the mouth.
I'm afraid it's the last point, you're overreacting. They could have just not run the event and not given anyone anything. Instead you're getting a whole bunch of stuff for running a very easy mission a few times. I'm not sure why you would even complain about that tbh.

This is false - the dilithium rewarded at T5 rep is unrefined as well.

Actually you are mistaken.. Its not. I have multiple T5 Chars and every DIL award was instantly useable without requiring refining.
As for the other responders. I value your opinion. So the general consensus is that I am the only one who is concerned/disappointed that the reward requires many days to obtain.
I am not the sort of player who has high demands for the marks. Excl Rom Marks, I have no issue earning as many as I need as I need them. The big demand for me as a player is the DIL. It is the major attraction to me for completing these missions (marks, a nice add on.. yes no complaints there).
But as stated, for some presenting it like this does present an issue of useability. I don't know how or why people cannot easily obtain the 8K max DIL per day without too much hassle. I have been doing it for a long time. My only point to make.. The reward being unrefined combined with an 8k Refining cap seems a bit like a double edged sword.
Still, My opinion. On this one... Its not the common opinion. Good to know.

Not really. More an expression of the fact that these people obv love PW-CRYP so much they feel the need to attack anyone who questions them, is fair enough. Keep on Loving them.
The previous post is a classic example of a blatent flamer attack for the sake of an attack.
It's been some time since I hit T5 on anything - It was unrefined when I got it - perhaps it has changed - could Brandon or someone else confirm this? My next toon that I am working the rep system on won't hit T5 for weeks so I expect this thread to be be gone by then:eek:
I only know of one dil reward in the game that actually gave you refined dil. And that was one of the Q events.
