  When does the miner outfit become available?

  Tailor project available when a fleet completes the Tier 3 Dilithium Mine upgrade. Tailor project gives Miner costume options just like Embassy gives Senate Robes and Starbase gives Odyssey/Bortasqu uniform.

  On a slightly related note, anyone with a male character able to get the short sleeved version, I could not find the option on my Fed human character?
  
  Default, I found it with the vest, but not as itself.
