Fleet Base Project Idea...

Hey guy, I was sitting here thinking about this memorial for all the people who play STO and have passed away. It has got me thinking about a fleet base project I would like to propose. Not only would it make the bases more of a hub other than going to it to buy gear, but it could have endless possibilities! I was thinking of having three pillar walls in a half circle on the star base. The reason for this, and here comes the kicker, is to make these items the fleet leaders or whoever can type info on. Yes, I am saying make these walls editable with text. Each one can be 200k dilithium each, no more than three walls. (So yes, that would be 600k for all three, got to make it business savy for Cryptic too...)You could type whatever you want in the space provided. (Granted you had permission in the fleet settings to do this.) These three walls could have endless possibilities. You could set one up to have your fleets moto, use it for a inner fleet PvP score board, put bounties up for people on the was for your fleet to see, write your rules on for people to see, or the one I would really like to do, list a memorial of all the people who have passed away in your fleet and forever have their @ names on the wall. I think this would be a great idea and wanted to see how everyone else in the community felt about this. Hopefully if it takes off well a DEV will see this and maybe implement this, or work on it.
