Hello Captains!
It has come to our attention that upon completing the new Crystalline Cataclysm Event Reputation project that contains the "250 Marks of your choice package," the box states that it should contain 250 Marks, but the text upon opening only displays and grants 100; as you should be granted 250, a fix should be out in tomorrow's patch and we'll investigate solutions for any players that completed the project before the fix goes live tomorrow. Your account is noted when you complete the project, so that way we can tell if and when you completed it.
Please note that the only way players could have completed the new project this early is if they saved Crystal Shards from the last event.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and thanks for your patience as we work to get this in tomorrow's patch!

I guess only if you had it slotted and partially filled from last time?
If you had shards left over from the last time, then yes.

thanks for that some people may not have read that in Brandon's post. repeating it again will help people understand.
The current plan is to grant affected characters a 150 Mark Choice box as soon as possible -- we are working on getting the list of players who completed the rep project before today's maintenance. Once I have confirmation that these have been sent out, I'll be sure to report in here.

Since the game will not let me contribute (yes, i participate in the event daily and yes i clicked on the "contribute" button)
Maybe you should fix this first???
Sounds like the shards are in your overflow bag -- they need to be in the main inventory to be accessible for contribution.

As mentioned previously, we were working on a way to compensate individual characters who completed the new project before today's maintenance. The very few number of characters that were affected, as noted in our reports, have now been granted a "150 Marks-of-your-choice" reward box. This can be found in your inventory (or your overflow bag if your inventory is full).
And again, only characters who happened to have Shards left over from the last event AND completed the new reputation project before today's maintenance were affected.
