Omega Rep store unlock?

I'm just wondering if anyone else has tried out the anti-Borg devices from the Omega store unlock project? I've unlocked them just to see what they were, but I was not very impressed. The high price of 50 refined dilith just for one item makes me very Leary of trying them out. So I wanted to find out what everyone else thinks of them.

    50 refined dilithium is not a high price. As to their effectiveness, I found them somewhat lacking.

    I was also thinking that they were not very effective, that's why I thought the price was kind of high. Now if the price were more like 25, then it would be more inline with how well the items preform. At least, that's how I look at it.

    I wouldn't use them, regardless of the price. But that's just me ;)

    Also why I was somewhat hesitant with my original wording: Saying they're not overpriced, then pointing out they're useless...

    Let me correct that: 50 refined dil is not a lot, but the items are useless so you might as well waste it elsewhere.

    I never used the Omega Store Consumables, because I refuse to buy them with Dilithium since I don't find it cost effective. Especially since you can use the Uncommon versions that you can craft on Defera for free.

    And the Anti-Assimilation Hypos, I just do Ground STFs and get them for free.
