I just woke up from one though it being a "nightmare" is open to interpretation...
After playing Duke Nukem 4Ever (which I finally broke down and got only to reinstall DN3D and Dosbox... thank goodness my disc still works), Then I went to sleep and dreamt that I WAS Duke Nukem... only... a Klingon version of him. And I went around speaking The Duke's lines in Klingon (I think), and blowing up Torg's house, a Federation prison Starbase (and possibly killing all the prisoners I was supposed to rescue), and finally disassembling Klingon Hell and punching Molor in... whatever passes for his genitals before kicking his eyeballs over a giant bat'leth.. All the while drinking bloodwine and smiling that nice slasher smile...
I hope I never get that dream again...
*sings* "I like Gammera! He's so neat!!! He is full of turtle meat!!!"
"Hah! You are doomed! You're only armed with that pathetic excuse for a musical instrument!!!" *the Savage Beast moments before Lonnehart the Bard used music to soothe him... then beat him to death with his Fat Lute*
I based this LC off a nightmare I had in which I was Ssharki.
STO has entered my dreams on other occasions but I don't remember any of them so vividly.
I've had a few other interesting experiences though...
I shall not describe the circumstances which led to this but I once woke up convinced that I was Will Riker and I had to stop Picard (my dad) from blowing up the Enterprise.
Another time, after playing GTA: San Andreas for something like 36 hours straight I wandered drunkenly through the streets of Hoboken, New Jersey looking for a sweet ride to jack. (Fortunately the local cops are used to dealing with this sort of thing - Hoboken has both the highest number of college age residents and second highest number of bars per capita in the continental US.)
...Oh, baby, you know, I've really got to leave you / Oh, I can hear it callin 'me / I said don't you hear it callin' me the way it used to do?...

I've had dreams about work, which is STO. . . so sort of?
Not specifically STO, but I had a dream the other night that I was in this small desert oasis town/factory with a couple hundred other people. Data was there, and malfunctioning. He was going around and killing everyone in town. We'd all armed ourselves with pipes and shovels and whatever we could scrounge up, but we knew it wouldn't do much good. 90% of the dream was running around and trying to hide from him. Though he was throwing out these little glowy red rubber balls that were detectors, or explosives or something. I was pretty scared. But laughed my chalupa off when I woke up.
I've dreamt about STO too. Just glimpses of flying my Fleet Galaxy which kicked butt while being tough to beat.
If wishes were horses.
As for an STO nightmare? Not as of yet.

I remember years ago a dream I had when Resident Evil 2 was released. I think it was my first proper survival horror game, back when such games were actually scary.
I only remember certain images these days. Me and my dad beating the hell out of zombies in a back alley. At one point I ducked behind the front wall of our house while a massive floating brain passed over us. There was also some kind of freaky mist that dissolved peoples skin too.
I didn't play the game much after that.
Since then I've not really had any dreams or nightmares relating to games, thankfully.
Hell, I've had at least one dream that there was something I had to fix on TV Tropes.

On topic, my fanfic character, Alyosha Strannik, came up in a sort of half-asleep dream. I also dreamed once I was clearing a room of Borg, using STO-type weapons.

Well, not strictly STO, but elements of STO, ST, other fiction and reality have often come together in my dreams, at times. Nothing special per say, just odd images and emotions.
nightmare? No. Dream? Yes. Vivid in fact. My Romulan started a coup to undermine the power of D'tan and incited numerous riots. That's why I wrote an intro story to that in Ten Forward. In short, all the time. I read, watch tv and movies way too much not to.

I once had a very strange dream, but it'd be too complex to explain. Let's just say it involved Star Wars, my school, and LEGO blocks. Lots and lots of them.
Infinite possibilities have implications that could not be completely understood if you turned this entire universe into a giant supercomputer.
Can't say I've had one of STO that I can recall. But when I was playing SW Empire at War a lot, would occasionally wake up to the sounds of seismic charges going off that I thought I heard.
Not specifically STO related, but just last night I had a nightmare where Picard and Data had been possessed by some kind of evil entity. I ran because I knew they'd possess me too, but they were always right behind me. They managed to corner me in a lift (with two separate doors for some reason), and in order to keep them from coming in, I kept opening the doors a little and screaming at them inhumanly. It worked, but it was strange and terrifying.
I had a nightmare where I was fighting Borg, it was very vivid. The drones were the ones from STO, but my phaser wasn't a regenerative one. Once I was the only one left unassimilated the Borg kept calling out my name and saying "Join ussssssssss join usssssssssss".

I recently had a dream that I was my STO captain, I was in the middle of this ground war... I don't even remember who against. Anyways, I was riding on some kind of a patrol vehicle, something like the ARGO from insurrection, and it was attacked. I fell off and broke both my feet as a brief firefight broke out. One of the other vehicles in the patrol picked me up and got me back to HQ, where (as a high ranking admiral) I took some underachieving ensign under my wing, and made her run all my errands for me while my broken feet healed up.

Do you find that you need an eye-opener in the morning?
Has anyone complained to you about your habit?
How about have you ever considered that you should perhaps cut down?
