If you need to ask this question, you do not need fleet weapons because you prolly have no idea how to use them.

Please go play Star Wars or WoW or some other kiddie game.

    Thanks

Each store only has so many items to sell; There are fleet projects which restock the stores. They're the 500 XP projects.

Have to be careful with which provisioning projects you run, too.

Embassy provisioning is all on one project for each track - one track only has one type of provision, and the other gives all of its types on one project. The upcomming dilithium mine only has one provision per track, too.

But with the Starbase, there's several types of provisions for each track, each with their own project to provision. In general, you'll mainly want the military ship provisioning (self explanatory), and the personal equipment provisioning in engineering and science (which despite the name apply to both personal and ship equipment of any type unlocked in that track). Each track has two other types of provisions, though:

Operational Assets are special pets and other powers like weapons for the starbase you can spawn in fleet mark actions. Each track has its own offerings.

Buffs are buffs. These are provisioned by the odd 500 xp projects like Reinforce Local Systems, Support Local Systems, and Ongoing Research Projects.

There's things to be said about these, but between you and me, in my fleet and the others I'm familiar with, these go pretty much unbought, and you don't see a lot of people deploying them in actions. But they can be kind of fun, dropping an armada of reinforcements for a big battle in fleet defense.

To add to that, this is a necro after a necro.
I remain empathetic to the concerns of my community, but do me a favor and lay off the god damn name calling and petty remarks. It will get you nowhere.
I must admit, respect points to Trendy for laying down the law like that.

The most BS answer I have seen to date, well done :(

When ever you buy anything at a Starbase it uses up its provisions and basically this is to make it so you can not just shop freely at a Starbase store without restocking the place.

To re-provision the Starbase your fleet leader has to start a provisioning project that must be completed before you can begin to shop again.
