Can't heal Romulan Bridge Officers using Chief Medical Officer

It appears Romulan Officers can't heal any injuries to their bridge officers using the heal facilities available via the chief medical officer at New Romulus Command. When I open up the list only my character and a my allies bridge officer (Federation Human) is visible in the drop down list to be able to apply heals too meaning the only way to heal their wounds is with regenerators.

Guessing this applies to all locations where you can apply heals to your officers. Ticket Number 1,711,307 submitted.

Had same problem.. Used a Regenerator on them.. Now I can use Med Bay.. Go figure... Only did it once so it could have been something else.

Ok correct my previous statement slightly, you can't select the BOFF's at all using the drop down list even when using regenerators. Only way to select them is using the heal button on the main BOFF window. Its like they're hidden from selection in the medical bay.
