Dominion Squad - Ensigns

Hey all,
I've noticed that the Dominion Squad of Ensigns has disappeared lately. I was wondering if that was on purpose, and if it's coming back any time soon?
I've been working on a mission that was balanced for ensigns, and have found that Lt & Ensign groups make it just too difficult.
I can rebalance it, but I find that it works much better with lots of ensigns.
