In-Game Mail Error

I can only see mail from exchange on "items not sold". I can't see mail from friends or mail sent to myself; even thou the mail icon blinks to remind me I have new mail in my folder. It behaves the same on all my fractions accounts.

    Still not working now I can't sell on the exchange. Made a new toon and CAN read mail and sell on exchange but my level 50 toons can't sale or read mail???? help

    so.... anyone out there..... over 2 patches later and still the same........any ideas..... do I need to reinstall the game?

    You need to take down (into your bank/inventory) all the "exchange sale expired" items because, while they sit in you e-mail, the now also take up an exchange slot (IE if you have 5 "exchange sale expired" items sitting in your e-mail, you'll only have 35 Exchange slots available.) If you have 40 or more sitting in e-mail, that means you have zero Exchange slots available.

    the exchange mail has "(holodeck)" in the sender row and wouldn't show item or allow me to delete it

    Thank you for the help, its working on all but my main toon, the mail just shows undeletable mail?

    me also, u can delete some messages, but i have so many i may be there for a day or 2, i too have now only 20 slots left on exchange, interestingly only the holodeck mail appear and I cant see any item to take yet the recent ones have items attached.

    I have reinstalled this game twice in the last 2 weeks and now have the annoying arc, yet im having mismatch problems and cant even log in

    is their a way to purge the email account so one can again receive new mail?
