omega waapon training

anyone can explain me what thet skill do?dont understand it :/ what thet 30 is ,is it %? and for what and when and how it works.ty

    If I'm not mistaken, the Tier 1 bonus is for ground weapons, and the tier 2 affects ship combat. What I could like to know is, what happens to the bonus if you're already maxed out on that skill. Does it add an additional +30, or is is wasted?

    on tier 1 i picked the ground weapon increase...originally i was at 99 and now its 129. So yes it should increase +30 for whatever you choose.

    I had 99, it added 30 now I have 129. That only meant +4 DPS for my weapons, so not that much of a difference.

    I don't think I'm getting the Omega Weapon Bonus, unless I misunderstand where/how it applies...

    Before I submit a bug, I want to make sure I'm not looking at it wrong.
