Any one else having launcher problems?

The launcher is taking forever to lod and when it does the game times out when I try to load my Romulan main.

Is anyone else having this problem?

    It lets me log in but when I click Engage I get the "Cryptic" on black screen and it just stops responding. Sometimes being a lifetime subscriber to this game feels like someone has played the world's biggest joked on me.
