Today you are able to get free ships in the C-store/Space dock. Except when selecting the ship it says my character cannot use this item. please explain.:(

FYI. it is the federation advanced research vessel and i am a federation character.

    To qualify for the ship deal you need to be at least Level 40. You need to have a Level 40 Federation character to get the Fed ship and you need to have a Level 40 KDF character to get the KDF ship. If you're not Level 40 you can't get it.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.
