Looking for fun, casual and somewhat RP oriented fleet

Hello all! After leveling a bunch of characters up to 50, I'd like to give the RP route a try. I'm generally a fairly regular player, although I don't have much patience for grinding (which is why I have so many alts, I guess). I was in a fleet at launch, but all of the members have gone on to other MMOs long since.
I'm looking for fun, relatively casual play. Some of the fleets I've spoken with in the past have too rigid a structure for my tastes and I'm mostly just looking for a group to have fun playing my character with. I favor Tactical and Science characters and Federation and Romulan for faction. I do have a Klingon character, and it was fun to play, but the Feds & Roms are what appeals to me the most.
Of late, I've generally been on for 3-4 hours on weekends and 2-3 on weeknights and was considering starting up yet another character to play-through. I'm generally pretty self-sufficient when it comes to fleets, but I'm always willing to help out with projects and the like, but generally at my own pace.

We at SSO carry this exact point in every recruitment post we have on this forum and our own. What ,matters most to us is what matters most to our members, its all about how you wanna play.
We don't have silly ranks, we don't have must be logged in times, we don't kick members when they take a break from the game. Once your a member your a member for as long as you want to be, as it always comes back to what our members want.
We have our own website at www.ssofleet.com we have mumble for voice chat if you don't like typing, we have a fleet channel for our klink and Rommie players, we have RP on our forums and even in game should you choose to join.
Our longest running RP has been active for two years now, we have a new one taking place in the same universe that is about to start with many positions open should you decide to join in.
If we are not what you are looking for I wish you all the luck in STO and hope you find a place to park your ship when its in dock.

After reading your write-up about a casual RP fleet, I feel that the 5th Special Operations Division might be a great fit for you. We are a RP fleet primarily, that has seen steady growth from our beginnings. We have plenty of opportunities for RP, whether that be casual or semi-religiously. We also have an integration of Romulans into our fleet, which does add some nice colour to the experience. We are all friendly mature officers that also love to chat when not RPing.
Anyways, without further adieu, I encourage you to take a look at our fleet website and out fleet video (I know, it is pretty awesome). You can check out some of the minor forums and post an application there if you feel it is a good fit. Also, you can alternatively contact @ubermatten or @kpts4tv or @valery_sida for any inquiries you may have in-game.
