Foundry Totally Unusable, Cannot Access

Attempt to open Foundry with Federation Test Character , Crash to Login (8 Times)
Attempt to open Foundry with KDF test Character. Mission List Opens.
Attempt to open a mission with KDF Character. Crash to Desktop as previously reported.

So at this point all ability to edit in the Foundry is gone for me.
The tool is all but completely inaccessible and is in fact completely and totally unusable for me.


EDIT : Advice from Castmodean at SBUGC has actually solved these issues. I am as computer unsaavy as they come, so i have asked that he explain what he told me to do that fixed things.

    Basically, all we did was go into <YMMV>\star trek online\Star Trek Online\Live\Data and clear out the directory. Best guess, some bad data was lingering in there that was causing the crash issue, or else it is a red herring. Regardless that is what was done (the ns folder was deleted with all its contents) and his access was restored.

    I was having similar problems with the Foundry until earlier this week. I hard-booted my modem and it did the trick. I think there is some kind of modem overload, code issue that's happening over time with certain users, that go through Boston's Cogent Co server farm.

    Just try it and see if it works. It worked for me!
