DOFF assignment glitch

Hi. I was just wondering if anyone else was having this problem. I have 2 duty officer assignments that i can't collect the rewards on. The rewards being BOFF's. It just gives me an error message saying my BOFF candidate list is full. My BOFF candidate list is however empty and I even went as far as to discharge a stationed BOFF to see if that would work, but still nothing. Has anyone had a similar problem?

    I had it mate! That is messed up...

    It not gives you BOFF. It wants to give DOFF. I'm sure your DOFF roster is full. Make two places on it, and you will be able collect the rewards.

    What tucker84 said. I was hyped at one point that a assignment said it'd give me a caitian boff - I was happy with it because I thought that they were c-store exclusive and I just did some ultra rare special assigment :D
