Battle Group Judge paid for the blast windows to be open during the feature time before the base was upgraded. Now the base is upgraded the blast windows are closed. Is this a on going bug?????

    I had the same confusion, the blast windows that are open are on the second level... which you can not get to until the mine has been completely leveled to Tier 3.

    I did feel this was kind of a rip off... anyway they part you can see is that you can look up to the second level of the mine.... just cant get there to see the open windows.
