"Hero of the Empire" by RogueEnterprise, KDF any level

attempt4_zps664c2779.jpg

All, I've finished my first KDF mission, called "Hero of the Empire". Starting point is in First City. While it's not my most technically advanced mission I designed it to be a fun little Klingon romp. Please try it and let me know what you think.

Teaser:

Every once in a while, a soldier of the Klingon Defense Force truly distinguishes themselves on the field of battle, making their honor and bravery known across the Empire, their deeds worthy of song.

You are being summoned to a less than ideal assignment by the Chancellor himself. Are you up to the task of becoming a true Hero of the Empire?

It was a lot of fun. All the elements of a Klingon war poem.

This was a very cool mission, with an interesting approach to the story. Maps were solid the usual tricks I come to expect from rogueenterprise.

very, very klingon. i enjoyed it a lot.

Hi Rogueeenterprise. Great mission, however I am stuck at the More Bloodwine task. I cannot get the interaction for the Arguing Klingons (Romulans and Fighting Klingons were fine). Almost certainly a Foundry related bug, but wanted you to know.
Am really enjoying the rest of it tho! :D

Hey Wily, thanks for playing! Unfortunately this sounds like a bug from the expansion update -- I've heard of this happening in at least one of my other missions as well. Sorry about that, until they bring the editor back or fix bugs there's nothing I can really do about this right now D:

Hey guys, just letting you all know that with the recent Foundry fixes this mission should be good to go! If you need to get a good Klingon fix then this should be a good mission for you.

Let me know if you run into any problems with it! :D

Hi, I just played your mission and it was a lot of fun. A very good mission with a good story. The very complicated story timeline and map transitions worked very well. Also all the interaction worked well.

    Thanks,

I am loving this mission. Thank you.

I have almost finished it. I have completed "Bloodwine for all" - how do I pick it back up and move on to "There will be blood"?

    Thank you.

Hi bateau666, not sure if I understand your question. Are you in the bar map?

The Ent-F is using Disruptors on the first run through i.e. the real story.

Otherwise a great mission. I wasn't very impressed by the first maps but that's fine since their blandness was pretty much the point.
Once the lore-singing started the fun started as well.

Thanks for playing! I think I saw your review.

Unfortunately having the Enterprise shoot disruptors is the only way to make the ship technically "Friendly" -- the way this is accomplished is that the "real" ship is a Klingon battleship reskinned with the Enterprise skin.

    Appreciate the feedback though!

Ah, that was pretty much my guess.
