cant change BO costume?

I can change some but I just got a Jem'Hadar and Photonic Science Officer and I cant edit anything about them. Do I need to buy more costume slots or are they just not customizable?

    Can't say anything about the photonic,but you can't change the costume of the Jem`Hadar or the Reman Bridge officer

    You also cannot change the Breen Officer or (if you are a KDF player) the Marauding BOFF you get (Human, Andorian or Vulcan) yet the Feds can at least adjust their Diplomacy BOFF to something they like even if it is not the uniform the rest of the bridge crew wears.
