Nukara Web Breaker is only a single use item?

After completing the Nukara Rep system about a month ago, I've finally been getting around to trying out some of the items in it. The Nukara Web Breaker consumable is the only item so far that seems a little too pricey, and I'm beginning to think it's simply a bug.

Most consumables from the Rep systems (such as the Romulan distress calls, or security teams) tend to cost 1500 dilithium, plus some EC attainable items. In return, you get 10/10 charges/uses out of a single item. The Nukara Web Breaker costs the same amounts as these distress calls, however is a mere 1/1 charge/use.

I'm posting this here in the hopes of gathering feedback which I will then pass along to the devs. Anyone have thoughts?

    I was wondering if anybody else had trouble with the web breaker. I didn't find it was a single-use item, but rather it disappeared from my inventory before I had a chance to use it. Wrote a ticket over a week ago and haven't heard anything. Hesitant to try again. :(
