Klingon fleet disapears and then get tones of lost and found item mails ..

my klingon fleet is no longer there after all our work and money into it, and now i get tone sof lost and found mails full of items probarly from our fleet bank before it vanished ..


i made a ticket , please help ..

    While I have no idea how it is possible for a fleet to vanish, I'm pretty sure that the items you received in your mail are not from your fleet bank.
    Those items are probably yours, but you forgot having some of them - a while ago Cryptic put a limit of 100 mails per mailbox and due to this, people that had more than 100 mails consisting items, lost those items. The items, however, were stored in Cryptic's system and the recently the devs. fixed that issue and returned those items via mail to the players that had lost them. This is probably where those items came from.

    About the fleet I really have no idea, it's bizzare if it's really missing, but you might want to contact some of the other members of the fleet, some of them may have some insight as to what happened.

    thanks that may clear up the lsot and found mails but many of my klingon members are came today to find no fleet ive now had a few on say there fleetless .. so i dunno wat is going on ..

    we have been having attacks from pugs r us, so i hope its not something nasty like that .. anyways i really hope we get it bk

    theres a lot of fleet effort in it

    I hope it's just a glitch but you might want to search for the fleet's name in social tab (press O). If the fleet is still there, it may be that someone with high enough permissions booted people out spitefully. Sometimes a leader just decides to go off the deep end.
    Worst case scenario is that a high enough permissions account got TRIBBLE and the perpetrator booted everyone to ransack the stores and banks.
    I hope this gets sorted for you, I really do.

    If you get no joy, you and your fleetmates are all welcome to join 18 Percent. We're small (working towards tier 2) but always building. I can promise you, we won't boot anyone for silly reasons (we do demote inactive account after 30 days, to protect the fleet, but reinstate rank when we get a PM). Might be an alternative until you get a resolution or choose to found a new fleet from scratch.

    appreciate that, i aint gonna just roll over with this one, its our alt klingon sister fleet to our federation main.

    Its a lot of personnel and other members money in dil invested in that.

    Im the fleet leader, and i know only 3 other leaders, with that current capability and they seem to of all been removed also ..

    its not finadble at all in searchs .. this is major worrying after the constant grinding, the expense of dil and the amount of doffs and other items ..

    i majorly hope my gm reqeusts and tickets get answered, i need a dev or a gm to help me get that fleet back ..

    for me and my members.

    Sounds to me like someone booted the necessary members, raided your fleet bank and then disbanded the fleet. While Cryptic will restore personal accounts when possible, they have had the policy of not reinstating fleets and fleet assets when something of this nature occurs.

    Hate to say it but chances are all you're hard work is down the toilet for good. If you're the owner of a fleet I would serious suggest never having more that one player as the fleet owner and always have a secondary character you own as a backup fleet owner to prevent such problems.

    ws only 2 others with full access and there on ts as puzzled as me , and both without a fleet also ..

    this is some sort of major glitch .. and its a bad one ..

    one of them logged in and the fleet name was above there head, they clicked on fleet tab and it said not in a fleet and then the name above there head was just gone ..

    this is some sort of hugley bad bug ..

    and cryptic better and should help here, we have put a lot of money in and while we have it we still will till its built, we wont start again so its in there interest to fix it
