My Enthusiasm = CRASH to deskto, Login Failed for Unknown reason .....

Crash being experienced.
Upon trying to Open ANY foundry mission in the editor, the result is a crash to desktop.
ANY mission means ANY.

attempting to open very old projects = crash to desktop
(once resulted in 'Login failed for unknown reasons' and booted to Main login screen)

attempting to open recent projects = CTD
attempting to open a new project = CTD

I have no further info like crash #s or anything like that.
The game just stops working. Crash.

Update 8:30pm
just happened again as i tried the editor one more time.
Slightly different this time.

A federation mission loaded just fine
so i tried to load the KDF mission I have been working on.
crash to desktop with the cryptic error reporter came up

    I think you covered all the main trends, Hippie. I'm done for the moment as well. It's not functional.

    However, think of how we'd feel if we didn't have CrypticFrost at least acknowledging that somebody is reading this forum and passing along concerns.

    It's been a mess for almost 2 months. Anyone trying to make a mission right now is crazy.

    I guess I'm crazy then. I'm still able to access my latest in-progress mission (although I still have 5,616 errors as a result of map size changes).

    This game is insane. It forever crashes and forces a a total re-boot of my PC. Game usually crashes when is ship to ship combat, but does crash at any time really.

    About time this was totallt fixed as for me, the game is unplayable. Not good enough guys!

    I hear you guys and I understand your frustration. These issues are being worked on, it's just that the attempted fixes don't seem to be doing the job.

    Making things more difficult is that these are not 100% repro situations, meaning that they are not happening all the time for all players. Please note that I'm not saying that these aren't happening all the time for those of you reporting such. I do believe you.

    I will be sounding the alarm on these crashes. If you have error tracker numbers, please post them if you have not already done so. Thank you for those who have provided them.

    Thank you CrypticFrost for taking the time to update us on the situation. The knowledge that these issues are being actively worked on is a great comfort. Please pass along our gratitude and appreciation to the devs working on this. And if there's anything else we can do to help track this down, let us know as we have a great many foundry authors ready to do just about anything to get the Foundry working properly again. :)

    Just started experiencing this issue last night. It originally crashed while I was editing a mission. I walked away for a moment to get something from the car and came back and it was crashed to desktop. Tried to get back in about 7 times last night before finally giving up around midnight. Just tried again for the first time today, still no luck. Just keeps crashing. Hoping this can get resolved quickly. Thanks to all of those working on it.

    well I was working on my new episode, it was ok till just ten minutes ago..., yet now EVERY TIME I sign back in .... IT CRASHES!!!!

    I Hope to God One day it becomes an Installable Software, only needing to connect to the server when it's time to Publish.

    still STILL CAN'T get into working on my KDF Episode in the Foundry !

    Will I EVER be able to work on my KDF episode that I was creating? ever AGAIN???!???

    Any Chance What-so-ever????

    I'm beginning to lose Hope for the Foundry....

    Which is sad, cause it's really one of the reasons why I liked this game.... was to be able to create Episodes....yet what good is it if you can't do that anymore?

    This is still happening for SF missions as well.

    Been having this problem since they brought the foundry back up, can't wait see a fix for it, my story ideas are backing up!

    EDIT: Saying that I did just go into the foundry and got in first time, went to preview a map with success, now I just want the costume import back so I don't have to try and make the same costume for x amount of missions etc.
