Is aquisition of Elite Jem Pets bugged?

so today I opened JHAS pack, and I already have Drednaught. I decided to shop for elite Jem pet, but unfortunately they were greyed out for me, and tell me that I should have both of the prerequisite in my hangar.

Which makes me wonder if requisition of elite Jem pets for KDF is bugged?
Grinding for MkIV epic gear?
Ain't Nobody Got Time for That

    Stupid question, but have you got enough dilithium? or inventory space?

    I do hope that it is not a bug because it was supposed to be solve before :)

    Yes they are bugged. They aren't available at the moment in the dil store either. AFAIK they haven't fixed this long standing bug yet.

    This pet has the highest requirement in the game, and once you have it all then you find out that you can't have this pet.

    They fixed it for me, about 3 weeks ago i went to some fleet who had t5 sci in their fleet and payed for the privilege and went over and picked up 2 elite jem AS pets easily.

    Requirements btw are you must have both the dread and the AS unpacked from a lockbox or at least in your hanger and rdy to fly if need be.

    Dunno if its broke on kdf side but i got em fine from a fed fleet.

    Did they have enough provisions for the pets at the fleet ur buying from (i dont really know btw if they consume provisions or not but thought id ask)

    Maybe you can pop in ur AS go to space go back and swap to the dread and fly to space then go to the fleet and buy the pets, maybe that will help?

    Drone ships had *exactly* the same problem, and Cryptic's official solution was to tell people to discharge and reclaim the Scimitar.

    Uneditable costume on your Armitage? Discharge and reclaim it. That's their solution to any bug related to a ship.

    Now that it's inevitably happened to a lockbox ship, they may actually fix the cause of the problem. Or not. Don't get your hopes up.

    did you try to log out and back in after you unpacked the ship?
