I'm all for Doff skills but I have to ask who is in charge of keeping up with the bugs because the sci captain ground bonuses haven't been working since they launched Doffs.
I tried using all of the kits and their bonus Doffs, I've spent hours gathering the blue and purple versions of the doffs and then testing them while running ground missions.
These things do not work as intended or described in the tooltips.
1: Medic/Nurse: Chance to beam down additional medical support when using a hypo ~~ never happens I've had a 100% chance of this to fail entirely. Even the new hypos that give resists don't make these things beam down!
2: Botanist : Chance for Melorazine or Dylovene to apply to your entire team each time it is used. ~~ the only bonus this gives is Dylovene, Melorazine NEVER and I repeat NEVER gets added to other people in my team. It doesn't matter if I'm right on top of them it never happens. And yes I've tried stacking Botanists still doesn't make it work.
3: Doctor : Chance for a second heal from Triage and Medical Tricorder ~~ Never once seen this happen on my heals and I've been in groups where some people just don't pay attention to their health and keep fighting getting to the point of incapacitation and having to be rezzed when I've used this on them from the kit that has had triage it never makes a second heal and yes I have plenty of purple doctors.
I'm a chief medical officer.
Basically someone I don't care who needs to look into these because playing a game full of bugs is never fun for anyone and these are some pretty big holes to have to deal with some of these can make or break a whole role on ground missions.
At least for the medical support, I can confirm it works for me (pre LoR haven't played that much ground since then), or my boffs (they tend to use more hypos than me)..

I've never been able to get these three to do anything and mel only works on one of them. Not sure what the problem is but I'd really like to see the care and time they spent on making it possible for tacs to bring down whole armies to be spent on making all of the science ground Doff bonuses work as they describe them on the tooltips.

I can confirm that this doff has worked for me pre and post LoR on multiple characters (two tacs and a sci).
