Missing Costume Pieces

So I've starting playing a Liberated Borg Romulan female character, and I just unlocked some sort of helmet piece from a mission. I checked everything in Outfit settings, and even tried the Head option in that area, and couldn't find it. Anyone else having this problem, or has anyone found where this item should be?:confused:

    That item isn't actually a costume piece. It was D'Vex's helmet found on Virinat, and it displays as a trophy aboard your ship.
