ship tallor broken??

is the ship tailor broken on Romulus (cant see my drednot warbird and cant alter a thing no options)

    Its New Romulus and i think if you only have 1 and not the 1-2 others too you cant change mutch.

    And "ship tailor" are not the right words but i dont know better Words for it myself at moment.
    18 Cpt on the way to 60: 14 of them are already 50 or over 50, one is 60 and 3 almost 43

    i have all 3 got the 3 pack and transferd the toon after buying the 3 pack

    ok, all i can say: it works for me at Holodeck dont tryed it on tribble
