need help with a beam boat build, please

I'm pretty satisfied with my current build. Just needs some fleet upgrades like shields, better phaser relays and a warp core.

I've got two science console slots, four engineering and tactical console slots. I have a number of universal consoles which, I understand can so in whichever of the three profession slots.

I'd like something with more slots somewhere so I can put a couple of extra engineering consoles in there without having to sacrifice armor or plating.

Are there any Federation ships with 4 or 5 tactical, 4 or 5 engineering and 3 or more science? Don't really care about turn rate because I'll be a tank.

Best I can think to do is get a fleet galaxy class.

Currently, I've got an a2b build with a plasmonic leech. Thing is, I can't take advantage of the leach without flow capacitors so my DPS is about 7k on a good day. If I can keep the flow capacitors in the science consoles along with the fleet shield emitter, I can put the leech, the borg universal console, resonance cascade module and still have room for the neutronium, ablative and monotonium consoles. All of the 4 tactical consoles are devoted toward my phaser relays. If I had 5, I could put one of the universals in there.

The resonance modulator is in storage because there's no room for it anywhere. Unless I can put it into the devices console which I haven't tried yet.
