Dilithium donation to fleet projects

Would it break the game to make dilithium worth more fleet marks when you donate it to the fleet? Honestly, with all the dilithium being pulled from players for romulan equipment, borg equipment, (not sure about Nukara, but I'm sure with various equipment them as well), and Fleet / Embassy / Dilithium Mine projects, as well as buying zen with dilithium...
There are more ways now a days to spend dilithium than ever before. With that in mind, wouldn't it be nice to make Dilithium worth 5 or 7 fleet credits per 1 dilithium donated?
I don't see how it would break things, indeed, you'd instead have more players helping the various fleet projects to raise their scores up. Players are still restricted to 8k per day, and it still takes x-amount of time to earn 8k dilithium, but there's another reason then to spend your hard earned dilithium into fleet projects.
Just my 2 creds worth, what do you as a community think about this?

If you received more Fleet Creds per Dilithium donated, the net result is that you would need less Dilithium to purchase that nice Fleet Ship, or Elite Fleet Equipment from the Fleet Vendor...
The end result is that you want to weaken the Fleet Dilithium Sink, making more Dilithium available on the Dilithium Exchange, and increasing the in-game price for Zen. If you're selling Zen, then this isn't a bad thing, but if you're buying Zen...
You still need the same amount of dilithium to purchase the various ships. I'm not talking about decreasing the cost of ships, fleet projects, etc. I'm just looking for some kind of compromise which will at least entice fleet mates to use their dilithium for fleet projects.
