Where are the windows that we paid for?

So our fleet completed the first special project for the mine (on both Fed and KDF starbases). We just unlocked the mine interior. But there are no windows. Is there something else that we need to unlock? If so, I think the order of these special projects should be rearranged. Doesn't feel good to pay 200K dilithium for something you can't see or access for weeks/months.

    I was so busy looking at warp cores last night didn't even notice, but we got the same thing. Special project done but no windows.

    I think the ferengi's did not deliver the plexy glass.

    Yeah, same with us.. no outside view.. kinda annoying, hopefully we'll get some info on it sooner rather than later..

    I just reread the blog and it does not stipulate anything beyond having access to the mine interior to unlock the windows. Though I'm not certain if the second floor opens up when you upgrade the mine interior after tier 1 and then the windows open. But if that's the case don't offer a featured project that you do not have access and can only enjoy weeks later. And at the very least, specify the point at which the project will unlock.

    Access to the second floor (elevator behind the beam in point) opened on T3 mine on tribble, so that?s propably it.. Not a lot of logic there..

    My fleet just finished the Dilithium Mine upgrade today. In the dev blog it says

    "Windows will open up on the second floor of the interior of your dilithium mine. It will also open up the ceiling between the first and second floors to provide a more open environment."

    If you look at the ceiling, then you can make out tiny areas of the exposed windows that let you look outside. They gave what they promised, but it will take till we are done with the Dilithium Mine Fleet Holding to get the best look outside the windows. Of course, Cryptic could always move access to the second floor to Tier 1 Dilithium Mine instead of Tier 3.

    My question is why introduce a featured project that no one will have access for weeks? Cryptic should know the timetable to which large fleets will be ready to access them and introduce this project than.

    I would imagine it is due to the first limited project for the Starbase was giving windows.
