Elite space weapons

Are there any fleets selling access to them? If so, who do I need to talk to?

    I don't think there's a lot of high enough level KDF fleets who've unlocked this.

    HoBOs (House of Beautiful Orions) aka House of pretty men :D is selling access for 10mil. Not sure if they have completed tier for elite weapons.
    Grinding for MkIV epic gear?

    HoBoS actually has their entire Starbase and Embassy finished. So if you need access to something your fleet cannot provide, seek them out.
    You know Cryptic has Jumped the Proverbial Shark when they introduced Tractor Pulling to Star Trek Online! :D
