I have seen some tacs call in a security escort. however I can not find out how and where you get this skill? I have checked the net and the forums but all i can find is info on bugs and such with it not how to get it.

    Tactical captains get it automatically on level 34.
    FKA K-Tar, grumpy Klingon/El-Aurian hybrid. Now assimilated by PWE.

    ty something to look forward to. Do you know of any list as to when you get these type of skills. I can not find one in the stickies or in the guides section.

    If you click the bit that shows your rank at the top of the screen it will display a list of everything that you get and at what level all the way from 1 - 50.
