Scim to drop only for existing Romulan Admirals?

  As with any C-Store ship, you can purchase them at any time, but will only be able to use them when the character meets or exceeds the ship's minimum level. So you can buy the Scimitar today, but won't be able to use it until your Romulan characters are Subadmirals.

  All the ships in the store are account unlocks, it unlocks for every character of the correct faction, it does not matter when they were created. and yes you have to be the correct level or higher to use them, in this case admiral. so even if you do not have a single romulan character you could buy the scimitars now and not worry

  Thanks for the quick answers. I didn't want to assume this pack would be handled like previous packs. If it is then available for all existing and future Romulan characters I have no problem dropping the Zen for the 3 pack now. Thanks guys.
