anyone know where to find the information to use this?

You may contact the Cryptic Account & Billing Support team 7 days a week via Live Web Chat from 9am-9pm PST.


It was part of an email I just received from Cryptic but I can not find out how to conenct to it. I looked all over the support site and there is no link to it.

    Then they should not keep putting that text in their messages should they. As it could cause them problems as I am sure someone in their legal could tell them :)
