Can't unlock the Summer Event Prize Vendor!

Exchange one Lohlunat Favor in return for access to the Summer Event Prize Vendor.
I try to contribute but it says I have 0/1 Lohlunat Favors. In the bottom left of the contribute window it says I have 37 lohlunats. What gives?

    You get a special one from the Event Coordinator if you follow the green text. I imagine that is the problem.

    I initially got one Favor from the Event Coordinator, and it also said I have none to contribute. Even adding more it still says 0/1 to contribute.

    yep i think that if you dont do it the very first time it asks you to it screws up.

    i have some fleet mates that also cant donate anything..

    Nope. I had favors in my account bank I obtained on 1 character and used those to unlock the Event rep store on all my other characters before even setting foot on Risa with any of them. I also bought them all a standard floater from the Event rep store before going to Risa so I was prepared for the daily to get the pearls (for toons I want the ship on), and doing the hunt mission. Edit: Forgot to mention, after unlocking the Event reputation store I went to Risa on each character and talked to the NPC and still got the 1 free favor on each toon.

    What some of you are experiencing may be a bug that should be fixed ASAP.

    I've also had some problems with this, couldn't unlock the store first time on Risa after adding the summer event as a new listing in reputations window. Due to this can't contribute pearls towards the prize, or buy anything from the vendors, all options relating to content for favours is grayed out.

    I found I could do the games, and collect pearls and favours, just couldn't use them. Next day I logged in and still everything grayed out, transported back to ship, then back to event, found I can now buy stuff from vendors as they are no longer grayed out.

    Checked reputations window again last night, and I can now add the first favour and unlock the store!!!
    You do have to click on furthest right side of the slide bar, anywhere else won't move the slider at all, in effect giving you the impression you have no favour to add. The slide bar has several markers on it, but none of them but the last one actually do anything, not the best design for this task.
    If in doubt try clicking on furthest right position, as game must have kept the first favour even though it didn't show up, and it allowed me to collect others and then add that first special one.

    My Romulan character has access to the Risian Summer Event and originally the Event Coordinator was where she was supposed to be but after awhile she dissappeared and she isn't at the end of the boradwalk or anywhere else for that matter this has been going on for some time now. I changed characters to my Fed guy and there was the Event Coordinator where she was supposed to be and functioning with the "Flying High" mission but when I switched back she was gone again my Romulan can't do the "Flying High" mission because the Event Coordinator doesn't exist for him is there something wrong that I'm missing because I would like to play "Flying High" with him.

    try changing zones a few times.

    Make sure that your favors are not in an overflow bag!

    I thought I was the only one.

    My inventory tray says I have 364 Favors. The contribute box says 0/1 and the slider will not move. How does one make sure favors are not in an overflow bag?

    This is the issue. Something has happened to the special favor which will cause this issue.

    The favor that you receive from the event coordinator is in no way special -- it's simply a single favor so that you have one to contribute to the unlock. It is not a unique item, it will stack with other favors, and you can use a favor that you gain from a later activity instead if you want.

    Ok. That means there is something about the project (or overflow bag) causing an issue.

    Having the same problem I am curious as to whether you solved this, and if so, how. I have 300+ favors and cannot access them for this mission. My oveflow bag seems to be empty, there is no icon for it. I have no answer yet, my last few tickets are backlogged. Nothing against player support, I'm sure the have a lot to wade through.
