Color Pallets Bug

jauhn82jauhn82 Member Posts: 52 Arc User
In the Costume creation in the Foundry, when you try to change the color on some items there is a pallet bug. At times it gives you a pallet of colors to choose from, but only half are accessible.

The following link is a picture of what the bug I am describing.

Thank you for your time and hearing me out.

A similar bug persists for Romulan/Reman characters and Bridge Officers in the Tailor. Perhaps you could look into this as well?

I also have seen a bug with my Romulans. The pants on the 22nd cent will not reflect the color selected. I have to use regular pants, pick the color i want purchase them then go back in and change the pants to 22nd century, purchase them and finally they have the color selected to start with. Also on the 22nd sash it will show one color in the tailor window then change to a lighter shade once i close the window, ex I picked red for the sahs and right side of the 22nd shirt all matched I closed the window and the sash had changed to a light pink.

I also think this bug may be related to why some Captains can't put on Maco/Omega/Honor Guard helmets at the tailor despite having the Costume 2 (Mk XII appearance) unlocked.

I guess while we're talking about all the color palette bugs, I may as well point out that some costumes 8n the KDF and Rom KDF side have some clothing options given the uniform colors, and other pieces the off duty colors. I think that every item in a set should have the same palette options, or that every item in the game should just go to one color set.
