Romulan bridge officer issue

Well, I tried to train one of rom boffs in BO3 from a fed boffs in my reserves and its not giving me the train up option :mad:

I did a bit of looking around and some people are saying that you have to have a fed boffs in you active roster and then it should allow for training???

My question is, has anyone tried this and have it work??

    THIS.

    In order to use a Fed Boff from the exchange to train a skill on your Romulan Boff you first need to have a Fed Boff *of that career type* in your active roster.

    I purchased a few extra Boff slots from the Zen store... big help in this situation.
