My Gorn cannot wear sunglasses

Is this some kind of bad joke or is cryptic too lazy to alter the sunglasses to fit EVERY race?

Those were the main thing i was looking forward to and i can't even use them

    This is why people need to get smart, and READ, gorn, fersians, caitalians can NOT use glasses due to problems with face geometry.

    And if you are talking about item description, i always read them to check compatibility so i haven't spent a single GPL on the glasses.

    I am just annoyed that i can't use them

    Also, they say geometrical limitations, i say laziness

    Look at caitians and ferasans, they are more human-like than Gorn and Saurian and even they can't wear the glasses

    Sucks to be a cat though. A Ferasan with earrings and a mohawk would look awesome in wraparound shades.

    My ferengi can not wear them..

    and it says nothing about them... so lost 10,000 GPL as it activated when used.. :(

    They should have given Gorn and the Cat Species' a monocle --> no facial geometry limitation there. Also Gorn with monocle, formal clothing and jetpack --> badass.

    For the idiots who didn't read the dev blog, you can right click the box, or even in the list in the store before purchasing, and look at the info and it tells you which species can't use it. Granted it seems that at least 1 species, Ferengi, was forgotten about. If you opened the box before realizing your character can't use it, never fear; your bridge officers can wear the sunglasses. :cool:

    Edit: .......except for boffs that are on the restricted species list.

    I'll add:

    It clips VERY badly with Ferengi. They probably should have had alternate geometry for these species.

    They should have corrected the flaw before releasing the product... Typical Cryptic to do that.

    you don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure out that Gorns (or any species with eyes on the sides of their skulls) can't wear the current sunglasses we have.
    Grinding for MkIV epic gear?
