Risa Event Rep broken

Granted I broke it but its still broken. Cant cancel the old crystal event to start the new event on risa. Should have started it on the other event line but I didn't so now I cant do it at all. Just a warning to other would be risa ship owners. Don't make the same mistake.

    Looks like there's a fix in the works.
