Starting over with my Tac Builds

I'm a Fed Tactical Officer and would like assistance in a completely new build from the ground up.

I come from a Tier 5 Fleet and access to anything I would need for this build.

What ship would you fly?

Weapons?

Space Set?

Devices?

Warp Core?

Doff officers?

Officer abilities?

Space Equipment?

Lobi items?

Ect... anything you feel will make a great end game Tac Ship.

As long as I can get a great basic build I can change out different weapons as needed depending on who I fighting.

I know its allot to ask but I'm sure there are other asking or wanting to do the same thing.

I PVP and PVE with the same build but change out items when needed to change to the environment I'm in.

I think it may help to narrow down your search a bit...

So, a Tac captain, so you want to pew-pew-pew.

Is this for STF's, PvP or missions, etc? <-- nevermind, reread your post, so you'd want a build that could work for both? Is having 1-2 Boff switches acceptable (between PvE and PvP), how many Boff slots do you have available?

Do you want to focus strictly on damage? Have some crowd-control/science skills? Some team healing skills? Say you have 100%, break down what percentages you'd want your ship to have, so like a Defiant would be (about) 80% tactical, 10% science, 10% engineering.

Is flying a Federation ship important, or would a Tal'Shiar or Tholian ship work?

What c-store ships do you have now, and what do you like and dislike about them?

Is having a flight deck important?

What are you Omega/Rom/Nukara reps at, and would you want to use any of those weapons? Do you have a favorite color for energy weapons (ignoring procs/etc)?

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I guess my request only responds with more questions before getting to what i'm asking for.

I have access to any ship in the game and all items needed for any build.

All options are open for this build.

Keep in mind that I will change out items as needed for PVP, PVE of STF's. I normally don't do

PVP very much but have weapons with (Acc) x3. I'ev played the Exchange and collected item that I may need spending well over a billion EC.

I'm currently Flying a Jem'hadar Dred with Fleet Poleron x2 acc x2 damage.

I working on all of my reputations and will that Tier 5 anyway now.

I've tried all of the Tac Fleet ships and still can't find anything like the build I'm currently flying.

I love the Jem Dre but I know that there are some ship build that are much better then I have.

I belive may problem may stem from my still set layout.

ANY tac captain with a solid pvp build will rip apart anything pve can throw at you
