How does one quit a fleet?

Hey all! I just got back to the game after a couple of years. Having difficulty. I now have ptsd which is causing social anxiety. I want to join a fleet just gonna take me time to get there.
Now feel free to laugh at my problem here, seriously I don't mind at all.
errmm....seems my dog accepted a fleet invite on my behalf.....yes you read that right. I left the game running one day with keyboard on couch. Came home was logged out due to time shut down went to bed, logged in next day and discovered I was in a fleet! The dog must have walked over the keyboard and you can't warp into a home system without getting invite bombed so that is my theory.
I decided oh well I'm here might as well see if I'm ready to give the fleet thing a try. spent 15 or so mills and a ton of dilithium to help with fleet projects thing is no one else is contributing and they are a European fleet I'm US so I never see anyone online when I am so I want out just can't find the button, switch or lever it takes to select "leave fleet".
I want to join a fleet just the anxiety thing means I have to take baby steps and I need a fleet that is OK with that not a gung ho all in 24/7 commitment type of fleet...casual, mature and willing to accept me with this disability.
So how do I get out of this ghost fleet?
