Neural Processors???

So the only rep that needs an additional item is the Omega Force which requires Neural Processors for the MK XII gear.

I would suggest that all Reps have a similar requirement, but provide them with additional use. For Example;

Omega: Borg Neural Processor
Nukara: Tholian Crystal Console
Romulan: Romulan Singuality Stabaliser

(Don't really care what they are called)

These are then used for MK XII projects but more importantly for conversion;

Project A: 5 Neural Processors = 1,000 Dilithium
Project B: 5 Neural Processors = 80 Omega Marks
Project C: 5 Neural Processors = 800 Omega Rep XP
Project D: 5 Neural Processors = 20 Romulan Marks
Project E: 5 Neural Processors = 20 Nukara Marks

Similar projects would be available using the other rep systems equivelent item.

As you can see it is not an "Epic" Value conversion BUT does reduce the level of grind inherrent in the system and allow the player some extra options of progression.

As I have now posted this, I can be safe in the knowledge that my genius idea of reducing the grind shall never come to pass.

    Considering that neither Nukara nor New Romulus has Elite STFs, or gear on par with Mk XII Omega Rep gear, what you're asking for is entirely unnecessary.

    Not to mention the annoyance of juggling two additional currencies.

    They may not have gear on par with the Omega, not much does, but the purpose here is actually to reduce the level of grind. Converting a drop item into Rep XP would alleviate alot of grinding.

    I have more processors than I actually need so would like an option to convert them into something useful other than Dil.

    Why not just have a properly themed project like a project that gives tholian technology to Task Force Omega to help fight the Borg. So 50 Nukara Marks plus some other things = 50 Omega Marks. There is no need for other versions of Borg Neural Processors.

    You're asking them to reduce the grind. PWI holds the reigns and Dstahl is in charge. It'll never happen.

    sorry to say but odds are sto wont be lower the grind but adding more grind and more ways to spend dilli ec with new ways to keep up all pwe and cryptic games are grind fests and that will never change honestly i dont know what the importance is with grinding should we call it sto the wow adventures the grind wouldn't be so bad if there was more diversity like in eve and before the flaming starts no im not saying make sto into an eve clone just come on get real we have enough grind in game you grind for ec grind for dilli now grind for all the rep and still more to come will the short sighted grind fest ever end it's not fun it's just plain boring and takes up what little time people have to have fun
