Missing Monthly Subscriber Zen

Anyone else not yet get their monthly 500 Zen yet? Did the dates of account deposit change?

    the deposit date depends on when you activated your sub. they dont give it to all active subs on the same day.

    I wish there was an in-game way to get information on when your next stipend is and such, that way we would be able to keep track of it more easily.

    the day you get your zen is supposed to be the day after your sub renews itself (if your a monthly sub, or the day it SHOULD renew IF you had a monthly sub if you picked one of the multimonth subs, or lifetime sub). for example, if you started a sub on the 23rd of the month, you will get it on the 24th.

    IT seems that every other month I have to open a ticket to get mine as well... I usually get it around the 15th and the last couple of months I have opened tickets....

    Well ... missing mine again, as well ... which should've arrived around the 20th ... could have believed I've got double back in April ... but certainly not a triple stipend ...

    Guess next month they're gonna tell us some got 4 times their stipend back then ... :P

    While I wanted to know how much ZEN I should've got back then ... all I got was some worthless automated answer "Some of X people got Y stipends ..." *problem solved* -> no it's not I still wanna know when my next stipend is supposed to come ...

    branflakes said that you need to send in a billing support ticket if you believe you havent received your stipend when you should have and the team will look into it.

    Well can't speak for everyone else ... but I already did ... and all I got was "SOME of you got double, SOME of you got triple ..." nothing I didn't already know ...
