Heh coming back to the game but I am having linking issues. I sent in a csr but have never heard back accept for the auto reply and it has been a few weeks already. Here is the issue.
I have a PW account. When I try to link my old cryptic account it tells me it is already linked to a different PW account. I only have one PW account and only one email address which is where the legacy romulus pack shows up with. None of the cryptic account items such as the 975 zen or the activated game features show up on my pw account that I do have so I know they are not linked. Is there someway to get into my cryptic account and change the pw account it is linked to? I would rather do this on my own instead of waiting for whenever PW CS every ( if ever) gets around to contacting me since I know for past experience with NW it could be a month before I hear back and then just get a message they closed the ticket and I can send in a new one if I still have account issues.
In the alternative does anyone have a phone number for cs account issues ?

Welcome back, baaddare! I'm sorry to hear you are running into this issue, though.
When you attempt link, are you positive it is saying that your Cryptic account is already linked? It actually sounds like your PWE account has a Cryptic account linked to it since you purchased a Legacy or Starter Pack (after seeing your forum title) and/or you logged into the launcher with your PWE account before linking your Cryptic account to it (or played another Cryptic game with your PWE account before linking) -- this automatically creates a "Cryptic" account to link to it that allows you to log into the game, but it then makes that PWE account ineligible from being linked to a different, existing Cryptic account (because it's technically already linked, just to a different one).
Our GM team should be able to assist once they get to your ticket, but only they will be able to help. If your ticket is closed, please submit a new ticket and send me a forum PM with the number. I don't work on tickets, nor can I change the order it gets responded in, but I can make sure it's in the correct queue
yes this sounds like the problem. Well it has been two weeks so far and I have not head back from a GM.

then when i realized it was a linking issue i actually created a second ticket the other day not realizing I had created one a few weeks ago when i did nto think about the linking

The GM team is working as fast as possible to get to every ticket quickly, but average response times are higher than normal, unfortunately.
