enemie starfleet ship

Is there away to make a starfleet ship a bad guy ship? p.s. I want to make rath of khan like mission

    Its quite easy really. Get a Mirror Federation group and change the costumes to that of normal Fed ships. You could even change it into a Miranda class if you want to be really close to Wrath of Khan.

    Click "NPC Mobs" and choose a Mirror Federation squadron (preferably a Cruiser or Battleship). Drag it onto your map. In the sidebar on the lefthand side, you can see the ship listed there. Open up the dropdown menu there and select the second-to-last actor. From there you can apply a new costume, either custom- or Cryptic-made, to the actor. You can also change its name.
