lies or misunderstanding

when asked if sto or pwe was going to be at E3 the response was no. and not sure about pwe. we finding out that dan stahl was at E3. were we lied to or was he not there representing sto?

    He was probably just there to have a look at the games on show, if he were there representing STO we would have been told about it

    STO did not have a booth...you weren't lied to.

    The massively article is very vague on where Mr. Stahl was when they found him..so he could have been at someone else's booth, and agreed to talk STO with them. It says he was there to represent STO, but, even that could be him not wanting to turn down the interview.

    he might have even been job hunting, for all we know. Its pretty common to do informal interviews at professional meetings

    Just 1 interview - I would have to go with personal reasons for attending or "other" business reasons - not representing STO per se but talking the talk with friends/colleges/ assoicates in the industry.

    Nothing wrong with that. He also Represents STO even on his off time - so he would be fair game(no pun) to hit him up for a interview if he were seen. Obviously he agreed to this one.

    It's not like you're missing out on anything if STO doesn't have a booth, only members of the media or the industry can go to E3, it isn't open to the public.
