Character unlocks Q

Hi

I have a question regarding unlocks for that character

Assuming i purchased 2 additional bank slots from the C-Store
Then i deleted the character and recreate a new one, will my new character retain that 2 additional purchased bank slots?

As to why i would want to delete, or as to why i can't just create a new char in a spare slot, I am just asking this question to clarify some doubts i have about the purchased content.

    Inventory slots, bank slots, and other upgrades are character based, they will not go to your other characters.
