Valorous Conduct

Hello, Lieutenant McGuire here. I've nearly completed "Valorous Conduct" but there's a slight problem. I'm in position to deliver the dilithium yet the Valor isn't present. Can anyone help me out?

    I have collected my minerals and Im next to the Valor yet they wont or I havent figured out how to get them to prompt me to take the Dilithium??

    PLEASE HELP this is my 3rd attempt!! Getting frustrated *FROWNS*

    I completed it!! YAY!
    There was an enemy left that I hadn't seen lurking, after I beat him, I was able to send my minerals to the valor. COMPLETE!!
