Freighter in PvP

i fly a freighter in pvp cause it has two forward slots and one rear slot for weapons and this is all i can handle

i made the "time frieghter" with the lobi temporal stuff

and a ferengi missle attack freighter with the ferengi lobi stuff

i was thinking it would be good to have a special freighter conosle that can use a tractor beam to drag another weapon or fake ship decoy or somethng

all ships should be viable in pvp , and i am not complaining, i am making it so.

    Iv taken my freighter in to cap and hold a few time my team m8's where not amused

    thought i think a turn rate buff would benefit the freighter more than a dragging objects gimmick

    Not that practical - but an all freighter PvP event would be fun to see!

    i tried to buff up the turn rate with RCS and the Temporal Tachyonic coinverter

    but that takes away the theta gas cannister and photonc displacement and impules blast

    when the photonic displacer worked it was - mask, pick target, gas run - impulse blast, photonic discplacement , run like heel

    but standard is the ferengi set up

    missles, mines, muli consoile, and spiral wave disruptor and drop turrets

    this is the superior

    Nine fighters and a Tuffli vs. nine fighters and a Tuffli- first team to kill the other team's freighter wins

    there are lots of things people could do to make the game more fun

    that is a great idea

    and they should buff the freighter defense anywho - i mean it looks like a porcupine as it is

    i suggested a shuttle fleet on the general boiard thing

    and like cardassian only, or ferengi opnly fleets

    so its like fed ships vs galors or whatever

    its like peo0ple are stuck in the "get console, make uber ship, then quit" mode or somewthng

    its on par with a tier 1 ship right? not too viable

    calling people names isn;t very nice

    call them names and then put links to personal builds is kinda hypocrtical

    but i guess in some religions peoples god sasy "be mean to message board gamers"
    and thats cool, ain;lt my place to tell people what philosophy to follwo

    happens occasionaly, kinda rare tho

    mostly i get smiley faces and other amicon things like :O

    but once in a while i have people that swear, and a few that write "i am reporting you"


    i type in "yes, please do, tell them i am following the rules of the game and you don;t lkike it one bit"

    I've seen folks flying freighters in Ker'rat, largely because they're trying to complete the 'die 20 times' mission on the KDF side. Freighters always make for tempting targets.

    I'd love to see options for shuttle/fighter/freighter PvP. Introduce more fighters and have a PvP mode that's fighters and freighters only.
